Unlock A Samsung M620

Unlocking a Samsung phone requires you to contact Samsung.

Samsung is a communications company that offers cell phones and mobile phone services to customers. If customers purchase a Samsung device directly from Samsung or a store carrying Samsung products, they are registered to the Samsung service network. This prevents customers from using the Samsung phone on other service provider networks. If customers want to use their Samsung M620 with another service provider, the mobile device needs to be unlocked from the network.

Instructions

1. Visit a Samsung store or call a Samsung customer service representative line.

2. Inquire about unlocking your Samsung M620. If you purchased the device under contract, you may only be able to unlock the device if you pay your way out of the contract by compensating Samsung of the contract payments.

3. Provide the customer service representative with your personal information to prove your identity. This can include your birthday, address, Samsung password and contract number.

4. Pay the amount requested by the customer service representative to unlock the Samsung M520. The amount may vary depending on your contract situation or if you bought the device without a contract.

5. Remove your Samsung SIM card from the M620 phone. You will need your SIM card code to register the device with another service provider.

6. Check your email or mailbox within a week or 10 days. A letter will be sent confirming the unlocking of your Samsung M620.
