The Nokia N95 is one of a series of "smart phones" that Nokia has developed for the public. Smart phones combine the features of a mobile phone with many of the technologies found in computers such as email, music applications and web surfing. One distinct feature of the N95 is that you can rotate its screen to change the orientation of the phone from vertical to horizontal. The instructions below will guide you on correctly rotate the screen of your N95 phone.
Instructions
1. Unlock your keypad by pressing the "Unlock" button on the phone and typing your phone password if you have one.
2. Go to the "App" store or your favorite download site and download the freeware version of Rotate-me for the Nokia N95.
3. Install the application on your phone following the directions given on the screen. Make sure you follow all the instructions.
4. Turn off your phone once the installation is complete and restart it again. Go to the menu and look for the "Picture" options. In these options choose "Landscape."
5. Hold the phone vertically and select a picture to view. Once you have done so, look at it and then turn the phone horizontally. If the Rotate-Me has installed properly, the picture will move as you turn the phone from upright to horizontal.
