Connect To A Samsung With Bluetooth

Connect to a Samsung with Bluetooth for quick data transfer.


There may be times when you wish to connect your Samsung phone to another device with Bluetooth. Bluetooth is useful when transferring files among other Bluetooth-enabled devices. Your Samsung phone may have a memory card that saves your audio, video, pictures and other files. Using Bluetooth is a much quicker way to transfer files to your phone than traditional transfer methods.

1. Navigate to the main menu of your Samsung. Select "Settings" or "Tools," depending on the type of Samsung phone you have.


2. Click "Connections," then click on "Bluetooth."


3. Select the "Options" button and scroll down to "Set Up Bluetooth." You should now be able to power on your Bluetooth.


4. Power on the Bluetooth in the device to which you are wanting to connect your phone.


5. Pair your phone with the other Bluetooth device by searching for it in the "Bluetooth" menu on the cell phone.


6. Select "Connect" when your Samsung's Bluetooth has located the device to which you want to connect. If it asks for a passcode, enter the passcode you have set for your phone (the default passcode is "0000").
