Pay-Tel Communications offers consumers a variety of calling plans and payment options. One option you may have on your plan is a phone block. A phone block allows you to block certain incoming calls you no longer want to receive. For example, you may want to block calls from a telemarketer or bill collector. You would call Pay-Tel Communications to add this line block to your phone. If you no longer need this option, call a Pay-Tel representative to help you lift it.
Instructions
1. Call Pay-Tel Communications at 800-729-8355. Press "1" for English or "2" for Spanish.
2. Follow the prompts to speak to customer service. Verify your account information with the representative.
3. Tell the representative that you would like to remove phone block from your plan.
4. Follow the representative's instructions to remove the option from your phone. This may require you to enter *80 in your phone's keypad.
