Delete A Malicious Software Removal Tool

Malicious software can be a pain, but if you've removed it, then the tool you used has done its job.


Malicious software is software that tries to destroy your computer in various ways. Malicious software includes viruses, spyware and adware. Various tools and software have been developed to fight and remove malicious software from your computer, and if the removal tool has done its job, you may want to delete or remove it.


Instructions


1. Click on "Start > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features."


2. Wait for Windows to detect and list all the installed programs on your computer.


3. Find the name of the malicious software removal tool and click on it once. After clicking on it, click the "Uninstall" button.


4. Follow the on-screen instructions that appear after you click the "Uninstall" button until the uninstall wizard tells you that the tool has been successfully removed or deleted.


5. Restart your computer to complete the removal process. When you log back into your account, you'll find that the malicious software removal tool has been deleted successfully.
