The Motorola W385 is a Razr-style CDMA-network cellular phone that features GPS and Bluetooth capabilities. This Motorola flip-phone is designed with a 128-by-160 pixel-resolution monochrome LCD display and 32 megabytes of internal memory, which can store information, such as addresses and phone numbers. The W385 also has a built-in camera and a Web browser. The process of setting up a Motorola W385 is fairly straightforward.
Instructions
1. Press the back cover tab; then lift the back cover up and off of the W385 to reveal the battery compartment.
2. Insert the SIM card into the SIM card slot inside the battery compartment, aligning the metal contacts on the SIM card with the metal contacts inside the card slot.
3. Insert the battery into the battery compartment, aligning the metal contacts on the battery with the metal contacts inside the battery compartment. Replace the back cover. Gently press it down until it clicks into place.
4. Plug the charger cable into the "Power" port on the side of the W385; plug the other end of the cable into the wall outlet. The "Battery Charge" indicator will appear on the W385's display and will show "Full" when the battery has charged completely.
5. Unplug the charger from the "Power" port and the wall outlet; then press the "Power" button to turn the W385 on.
