Setting an autolock can prevent accidental calls being made.
The Nokia 3230 camera phone features several advanced messaging features including MMS, email and instant messaging. The 3230 can also record and play back video and supports viewing of Word and PowerPoint files. A hot-swappable RS-MMC card provides room for storage while Bluetooth takes care of its connectivity options. The keypad on the Nokia 3230 is protected by a user-activated keyguard or can be protected via a phone autolock setting.
Instructions
1. Press the "Menu" button to open the menu.
2. Select the "Settings" option in the menu to open the settings menu.
3. Select the "Security" option to open the security settings menu.
4. Select "Autolock period" and set a time-out in minutes after which the phone is locked if it is left idle.
5. Press "Select" to confirm the change. Return to the home screen.
6. Unlock the phone after the auto-lock period has expired by entering the lock code.
