Windows Mobile is a mobile platform operating system for Windows-based phones. It allows you to do many of the same things you can do on desktop computers. As of 2010, Windows Phone 7 is replacing Windows Mobile, but it's still found on older Windows phones. Adobe Flash lets you view animations and videos on websites.
