Save Cell Phone Pictures To A Mobile Memory Card

Saving pictures from your phone to your memory card keeps them from getting lost.

Our cell phones act not only as a communications device, but also as a music player, organizer and camera. Because photos can take up a lot of space, you may find that you need to save and store them on your removable mobile memory card. This way it's easy to transfer to your computer or to another phone. It also gives you a way to back them up in case you lose your phone.

Instructions

1. Insert the mobile memory card into your phone. Where the slot is located will vary depending on your make and model. However it will usually be on the side or bottom of your phone.

2. Go to the "Main Menu" on your phone and scroll to your "Pictures" folder and press the "OK" button. Find the picture or pictures that you wish to save to the memory card and click on them.

3. Click on the "Options Menu" and select "Move" or "Transfer" (this will depend on the make and model of phone) and select the memory card as your destination. Wait for pictures to transfer. When they are finished you can remove the memory card and plug it into another device.
