The Jawbone II is the second-generation Bluetooth headset for use with Bluetooth capable cell phones. The Jawbone II is designed to operate many of the calling functions on your phone, freeing your hands to complete other tasks. As with all Bluetooth headsets, pairing the Jawbone II is necessary for proper connectivity between the devices. If you own more than one cell phone or replace the cell phone originally paired to the headset, you can pair additional phones to the Jawbone II.
Instructions
1. Set up your phone so it searches for Bluetooth devices. Each phone has a different method of doing this. Refer to your phone's instruction manual for information on searching for Bluetooth devices.
2. Press the "Talk" button on the Jawbone until the red and white indicator lights turn on, if this is the first time you are pairing your headset to a phone. If you have previously paired a phone to the headset, press and hold the "Talk" and "Noise Assassin" buttons simultaneously until the red and white indicator buttons turn on.
3. Select "Jawbone" on your phone's list of Bluetooth devices.
4. Enter "0000" when asked for a password. The Jawbone is now ready for use with your phone. You will only need to pair your headset once and it will stay programmed to the phone.
