Instructions
1. Turn on your Sidekick Slide phone by pressing the "Power" button. Wait for the device to start up.
2. Slide out the LCD screen to reveal the phone's keyboard.
3. Press and hold the @ symbol, 1 key, and 0 key. Make sure you press the @ symbol next to phone's space bar and not the one on the 2 key. The phone will shut down and reboot.
