The Nokia 6255i is like many of the other cell phones produced today. Anyone who owns one can program the Nokia 6255i to suit their personality and needs. Things such as the wallpaper or ring tone, can be changed within the phone quite easily using the following steps.
Instructions
1. Enter the general Menu on the Start screen. This will bring up a list of sub-menus.
2. Select Settings from the general Menu list of sub-menus. Use the up and down arrow keys to navigate through the sub-menus.
3. Choose Main Display Settings from the Settings sub-menu. From here you can change any of the settings that you'd like.
4. Select the setting you wish to change. Browse any option folders that are presented on the screen before making your choice.
5. Make your choice. When you've chosen customize the particular feature, press "Select" and your phone will save it to your phone.
6. Activate your customization. For certain applications, you may have to go back into the Main Display Settings sub-menus, and turn on certain features once you have customized them.
