The Nokia 2720 is a clamshell-style cellphone released in 2009. Its features include a WAP browser, a 1.3 Megapixel camera and a media player that can play both videos and music. If you have MP3s or AAC music files on your computer that you'd like to transfer to your Nokia 2720, you can do it using Nokia's free PC Suite software.
Instructions
1. Download and install the Nokia PC Suites software at the Nokia USA website.
2. Connect your Nokia 2720 to your PC using the USB data cable that came with the device.
3. Click the "Start" button, "All Programs." Click the "Nokia PC Suite" folder and double-click the "Nokia PC Suite" icon. The PC Suite window opens. Click the "Transfer Music" application icon.
4. Click "Scan PC for Music Files," which is the little blue icon with a house and a folder on it, located in the bottom left-hand corner of the window. Click the blue folder icon to select the folder that you want PC Suite to browse. Click the green check mark for PC Suite to begin importing your MP3s. Click "OK" once the scan is complete.
5. Check a box next to the songs to add to your phone. Click the "transfer to Nokia device" icon -- the blue button with a phone and an arrow on it -- located in the bottom right-hand corner of the window.
6. Disconnect your phone from your PC. On your phone, open "Music Player," followed by "Options" and then "Update Library." You may have to do this before our phone will recognize any of the newly transferred files. After the update, your songs should be ready to listen to on your Nokia 2720.
