Print With The Nokia N8

The Nokia N8 smartphone has a built-in 12.1-megapixel camera for taking pictures and video. You can print pictures taken with the camera directly to a printer without having to first transfer the pictures to a computer. Before printing pictures from the Nokia N8, adjust the USB settings on the phone so that the printer recognizes the phone as a mass storage device.

Instructions

1. Press the "Menu" button, which is the sole button below the Nokia N8 screen, to open the main menu.

2. Touch "Settings and Connectivity," "USB" and "Mass Storage" to place the phone in Mass Storage mode.

3. Plug the mini-USB end of a USB data cable to the USB jack on the left side of the phone and plug the other end of the cable into the USB jack on your printer.

4. Press the "Menu" button and touch "Pictures."

5. Tap any of the picture folders on your Nokia N8 and select the picture you want to print.

6. Touch "Options" and "Print."

7. Tap "Print," "Via USB," "Options" and "Print" to print the picture on your printer.
