Call Boost Mobile From Your Boost Phone

You may occasionally need to reach Boost Mobile's customer service if you have technical problems, billing questions or other issues with your Boost Mobile phone. While you can call customer service from a land line or another cell phone, also use your Boost Mobile phone to place the call. If you have a technical issue, note your phone's model number and SIM ID number prior to calling.


Instructions


1. Turn off your Boost Mobile phone. Remove the back battery cover and the battery. Write down the number next to "Model." Remove the SIM card and write down the SIM ID number.


2. Replace both the battery and battery cover. Turn on your phone.


3. Dial "611" from your Boost Mobile phone. Press "Send," and receive an automated welcome message. As of March 2011, the first two options are for potential Boost Mobile customers. The remaining options for Boost Mobile customers pertain to account, billing and technical questions. Press the correct number to be connected with the necessary department.
