Subscriber identity modules, better known as SIM cards, enable users to store contact information and other information on a small, portable card that can be easily swapped between phones. While SIM cards are helpful to users who frequently switch mobile phones, not all phone manufacturers and mobile phone networks take advantage of the GSM technology required to use SIM cards. Fortunately, Nokia E series phones are GSM phones capable of being fitted with AT&T SIM cards.
