You can reset your H500 to the factory password.
The Motorola Bluetooth Headset H500 is a small but powerful earpiece that can be used on either ear. It has a long-lasting battery that can handle up to eight hours of phone use or 130 hours of standby on just one charge. The Motorola H500 uses one button to make, receive and end phone calls, so you don't ever have to worry about pressing the wrong one. If you can't remember the password to pair your H500 to your cell phone, don't worry, it is set by the factory.
Instructions
1. From your cell phone, select "Menu>Settings>Connection>Bluetooth>Handsfree>Look for Devices."
2. Wait while your phone compiles a list of all Bluetooth devices in range.
3. Choose Motorola H500 from the list of available Bluetooth devices.
4. Type in "0000" when prompted for the password or pin, and hit "Enter." This is the factory set password for your Motorola H500, and will always work.
5. Watch for the blue light on your Motorola H500 to start flashing to indicate a that your phone and headset have been paired and that your password has been successfully reset.
