Opening the battery cover can sometimes be a pain.
Opening the battery cover to your Nokia 6500 isn't something you normally have to do. If you need to replace your battery or SIM card, however, getting the back cover off would be one of the most important steps. Fumbling around with your phone to take the cover off can be frustrating, but a firmly placed cover is usually so your battery will not easily fall out.
Instructions
1. Power off your phone, then turn your phone so that the back is facing you.
2. Press and slide the phone's bottom half down to remove it. This is the battery cover.
3. Remove the battery by pulling up with your finger from the bottom of the battery.
