Bluetooth headsets allow you to have a hands-free conversation on a mobile device. It is often preferred by drivers who want to talk while they are at the wheel. If your Bluetooth headset is having connection issues, you can troubleshoot it by resetting the device. Please note that when you reset Bluetooth, all network settings will be erased. You will have to pair it up again to use the device.
Instructions
1. Press the hold the power button (On/Off) of your Bluetooth for a few seconds until it is turned off. The blue light will stop blinking.
2. Press and hold the power (On/Off) button again until the indicator light flashes red and green alternately.
3. Press and hold the Power (On/Off) button and the call handling key at the same time. Wait till the light is turned off. Release both buttons. Your Bluetooth is reset.
