Unlock A Motorola V360v

The Motorola V360v cell phone can be secured by three codes, four-digit PIN and PIN2 codes and a six-digit security code. The only thing that can be done with the phone when it's locked is making emergency calls, so the information on the phone is kept safe from anybody who picks it up and doesn't know your codes. Unlocking the phone is a simple procedure that entails the simple input of short number sequences with the key pad.

Instructions

1. Enter your four-digit PIN code to unlock the phone.

If the phone is new, the PIN code is set to "1234" or the last four digits of the phone number (If the number is 555-3698, the PIN code is "3698."). Once you've entered the code and unlocked the phone, change the code to something you'll easily remember that nobody else knows.

If the four-digit PIN code doesn't work, continue to Step 2.

2. Press the "Menu" button (located above the center button) to open the six-digit security code prompt.

3. Enter your six-digit security code. It's originally set to "000000." This should be enough to unlock the phone.

Change your default security code to something you'll easily remember once you get into the phone.
