Pair A Bluetooth Headset With A Blackberry

Pair a Bluetooth enbled device to a Blackberry smart phone.


Bluetooth technology enables a wireless connection between two compatible devices such as between a Blackberry and wireless headset. Bluetooth-enabled Blackberry smart phones are user friendly and make wireless hardware connections easy to set up and use. Pair a Bluetooth-enabled headset with a Blackberry smart phone to connect the two devices so that you can talk through a headset on your Blackberry.


Instructions


1. Select the "Manage Connections" icon from the Blackberry homepage. Select the "Bluetooth" box to enable Bluetooth capability.


2. Select "Set Up Bluetooth" from the "Manage Connections" menu.


3. Select "Search." The Blackberry will now search for all Bluetooth devices within range.


4. Select the Bluetooth enabled headset from the list of detected devices.


5. Type the "Pairing Password Key" into the Blackberry for the Bluetooth headset. This password is included with the documentation that accompanied the headset.
