Verizon is one of the top cellular providers in the world, and carries many different personalized features that allow you to make your cell phone experience your own. Verizon voicemail greetings can be personalized on your cell phone to allow callers to hear whatever message you wish to leave. Changing your Verizon voicemail is as simple as accessing your voicemail options, and can be done from your cell phone or from any other phone.
Instructions
1. Press and hold "1" to access your voicemail. If calling from another phone, dial your cell phone number, press * during your voicemail greeting and enter your voicemail passcode.
2. Press "9" on your keypad to access your mailbox options for your voicemail.
3. Press the "1" key to access your Name, Passcode and Greeting.
4. Press "1" again to access your greeting.
5. Wait for the beep and speak your greeting into your cell phone. Press "4" to listen to it again and press "7" once you are satisfied with your greeting.
6. Hang up once you are done and your voicemail will be changed and your new greeting will be saved.
