Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services route calls through a high-speed Internet connection at your home or business and offer all of the same features as a landline, usually at a lower monthly price. You can also use Web interfaces through Skype to make calls for a small fee, which can be paid for using an online bank account or credit card.
