If you have stored your email messages in your Nokia N95's memory, you can move them to your PC using the Nokia PC Suite application. This way, you can keep a backup of your email correspondences on your computer, after which you will be at liberty to delete them from the phone if necessary. Nokia PC Suite basically synchronizes information, including contacts, notes, calendar/to-do items and emails between your Nokia N95 and your PC.
Instructions
1. Download and install Nokia PC Suite on your computer if you don't have it already (see Resources).
2. Use the USB data cable that came with your Nokia N95 to connect it to the PC.
3. Wait for Nokia PC Suite to launch automatically on the computer. When it does, click "Synchronize" to open "Nokia PC Sync." If you are opening Nokia PC Sync for the first time, the settings wizard will pop open. To use the default settings, skip the wizard; follow the onscreen instructions if you want to customize the settings.
4. Click "Settings" in the main Nokia PC Sync window.
5. Click "Create New Settings."
6. Check the box next to "Emails."
7. Click "OK" and choose "Sync." The email messages saved on your Nokia N95 will be saved on your computer.
