If you don't have a camcorder or voice recorder nearby, the Nokia E51 allows you to record audio and video. Recording on your phone allows you to send the files as multimedia messages, or attach them to emails. You don't even need a player to review the files later. You can play the recorded voice notes or video files using the phone's built-in media player.
Instructions
Recording Audio
1. Press the "Menu" soft key and select "Media."
2. Open "Recorder" and press the "Options" soft key.
3. Click "Record" to start recording, press "Stop" to end the recording.
4. Press "Pause" if you want to pause without ending the recording. Resume by pressing "Record."
Recording Video
5. Press the "Menu" soft key and select "Media."
6. Open "Camera" and select the "Video" tab.
7. Press the "scroll" key to start recording, click "Stop" to end the recording.
8. Pause the recording by pressing "Pause." Resume by selecting "Continue."
