Pairing a Wirevo Bluetooth headset with your Garmin Zumo 550 motorcycle GPS allows you take advantage of a number of features that will make your ride that much more convenient and safer. Pairing both your phone and headset to your GPS navigation system will allow you to utilize hands-free phone controls and be able to hear your navigation through your headset. You can even make calls to points of interest on your GPS by clicking on them on the GPS screen, which allows you to put more of your focus on the road, where it belongs.
Instructions
1. Charge your Wirevo headset. Once charged, turn it on to enable Bluetooth. If this is the first time you have turned on the headset, it will automatically be ready for pairing. Otherwise, hold down "On" and "Talk" at the same time.
2. Turn on your Zumo 550. Touch the "Bluetooth" setting, located under "Menu," then "Tools," on the Zumo 550. Touch the "Add" button next to "Connect Headset." Then press "OK."
3. Select the Wirevo and press "OK." Enter the Bluetooth pin 0000 on Zumo, if prompted to enter the default passkey.
