Check At&T Voicemail

There are different ways to check your AT&T voicemail.

AT&T offers two different ways for you to check your voicemail: from your account via your cellular phone or from an external line. Following a few simple instructions will ensure you don't miss an important message.

Instructions

From the Phone Itself

1. Press and hold the "1" key. Your phone will begin dialing your voicemail access number. You may be required to enter the passcode on your voicemail account. You will be told if you have any missed or saved messages.

2. Listen to your voicemail by pressing "1." For personal options, press "4."

3. Delete a voicemail message by pressing "7." To save, press "9." For more options, including returning the call and forwarding the message to another number, press "0."

From an Outside Line

4. Dial your 10-digit cell phone number. Once your recorded message begins, hit the " * " key. If you do not press the key before the message finishes, you will miss the chance to check your voicemail. You will be prompted to enter your passcode, then told if you have any missed or saved messages.

5. Press "1" to listen to your voicemail. For personal options, press "4."

6. Delete a voicemail message by pressing "7." To save, press "9." For more options, including returning the call and forwarding the message to another number, press "0."
