Pair Plantronics Cs50

Roam up to 300 feet away from your computer and still answer your calls with the Plantronics CS50. This Bluetooth headset allows you to answer, talk, end a call and adjust the call volume with a click of a button. All controls are accessible right on the headset, and their is no cable to limit your movements. Be advised that the CS50 requires the installation of the PerSono software, which is only compatible with Windows 98 to XP operating systems.


Instructions


Installing the Plantronics CS50


1. Thread the USB cable connected to the Plantronics CS50 stand through the hole in the base unit. Insert the Plantronics CS50 stand legs into the holes in the base unit.


2. Plug the Plantronics CS50 base into the power outlet.


3. Connect the USB cable plug into the computer's USB port. Make sure the Plantronics base unit is at least 12 inches away from the computer.


4. Stick the Plantronics CS50 USB headset inside its dock on the front of the charging stand. The red light on the base will light when the device is charging, and go off when charging is complete.


5. Insert the PerSono Suite CD that is included into the computer's optical drive. When the main screen comes up, click "Install the PerSono Suite Software." Allow the software to install on the computer and follow any additional prompts.


Using the Plantronics CS50


6. Press the "Call" button on the Plantronics CS50. Then dial the number using your phone or computer software program. Make sure the microphone on the CS50 is pointing toward your mouth to speak. Press the "Call" button to answer or end a call.


7. Scroll the "Volume" control button back and forth to adjust the sound.


8. Press the "Listening Volume/Mute" button in to mute a call. Press again to unmute the call.
