Transfer My Itunes Songs To My Lg Env

Transfer your iTunes music to your LG EnV using Windows Media Player.

Although the LG EnV mobile phone from Verizon provides the V Cast music store, you can also transfer music from your iTunes software to your mobile phone. By inserting a microSD memory card into the EnV, music can be stored on the mobile phone, and allows file transferring from Windows-based PCs, according to the official LG website. If your iTunes songs are in an AAC or M4A file format, convert them to an MP3, as the EnV is compatible with Windows Media Player.

Instructions

1. Launch iTunes. Click "Edit" at the top of the iTunes menu and click "Preferences" on the sub-menu. Click "Import Settings" and click the drop-down menu next to "Import Using."

2. Click "MP3 Encoder" from the menu and click "OK" to save the new audio settings. Click "OK" to exit the iTunes preferences, and click "Music" in the iTunes' side window

3. Locate the AAC or M4A song you wish to convert, and right-click the song. Click "Create MP3 Version" on the shortcut menu, and drag and drop the MP3 version of the song from the iTunes library to your desktop.

4. Launch Windows Media Player, and drag the converted song on your desktop to the "Library" tab in Windows Media Player.

5. Insert the microSD card into the memory card slot on the right side of the phone.

6. Insert the USB cable into your PC's USB port, and insert the opposite end of the cable into the LG EnV's charger port on the bottom of the phone. Press the "OK" button on the EnV's keypad, press "Menu" twice, and press "1" and "6" to prepare your phone for file synchronization.

7. Click the "Sync" tab at the top of Windows Media Player, and drag the converted song to the "Sync List." Click "Start Sync" to transfer the songs to your mobile phone, and unplug the USB cable from the computer once the synchronization is complete.
