Check My Voicemail on a BlackBerry
Checking your voicemail on a BlackBerry is accomplished through the Phone icon on the Home screen or by pressing a speed dial number. Access the Home screen by pressing the "End Call" button several times. There are a few setup steps before these options work which only take a few minutes to complete.
Instructions
Checking Voice Mail on the Home Screen
1. Press the red "End Call" button several times to bring up the Home screen.
2. Select the yellow "Phone" icon. If the icon is not shown, select the "Application" icon which looks like a bear paw. Look for the yellow icon of a phone and select it by pressing the track ball.
3. Press the "Menu" key.
4. Select "Call Voice Mail" with the track ball.

5. Select the "Phone" icon with the track ball.
6. Press the "Menu" key and select "Options."
7. Click "Voice Mail."
8. Type your voicemail number and enter your password.
9. Press the "Menu" key and click "Save."
10. Return to the "Home" page and press and hold the "1" key to check your voicemail.
