Send Wap Settings To Your Mobile

Your phone's WAP settings allow you to use the Web.

Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) settings allow you to transfer information and data through your phone. Your phone allows you to surf the Web, watch online videos and email friends and family members. Your wireless provider will help you get the correct WAP settings for your phone. If you recently restored your phone or if you switch providers, you will need to enter the information manually. If you have the information, it's a simple task.

Instructions

1. Access your phone's main menu. Press the "Settings" button.

2. Choose "General Settings" from the list of options.

3. Scroll down to "Network." Highlight it and open it.

4. Choose "Cellular Data Network" from the list.

5. Locate the "APN" field. Enter your wireless provider's WAP settings. Leave the username and password fields blank.

6. Press the "Save" and "OK" buttons. Test your mobile Web to see if the settings work.
