Troubleshoot A Pantech Duo C810

The Pantech Duo C810 cell phone sports all the options of a modern cell phone. You can change the settings to your liking, text friends and access the Internet. Like other phones, the Duo may encounter errors at one time or another. When this happens, consult the owner's manual before taking your next step.

Instructions

1. Set the menu text to its default if there is any sudden change in text size. Press the "Left Soft Key." Go to "Settings" and press "OK." Move to "More" and press "OK." Press the right key until you are on "System Font Size." Press "OK." Move the size by moving to the left or right until it changes to your desired size. Press "Done."

2. Change the battery power settings if the battery is draining quickly. Press the "Left Soft Key" to access the menu. Highlight "Settings" and press "OK." Go to "Power Management" and press "OK." Change the keypad lights, display time and backlight brightness. The dimmer the setting, the less battery is drained.

3. If all else fails, reset the Duo to its factory setting. Press the "Left Soft Key." Press "OK" on "Settings." Press "OK" on "Security." Select "Master Clear" and press "OK." All data will be erased from the phone and all of its settings will be reset to the factory settings.
