Add Minutes to Your Boost Phone
According to "Boost Worldwide, Inc.," you can enjoy uninterrupted service on your Boost Mobile phone by Re-Boosting (adding airtime to) it often. With an array of payment options available to Boost Mobile users, Re-Boosting can be as simple as a call, click, automatic monthly deduction or trip to your nearest retailer.
Instructions
Using Your Phone
1. Grab your debit/credit card.
2. Dial #ADD (#233) using your Boost phone. You do not need your PIN number using this method, making this a convenient option for those of you who prefer phone transactions but have difficulty memorizing PIN numbers.
3. Use your keypad to enter your credit/debit card information and desired payment amount, once prompted.
4. Write down the provided confirmation number, the current date and payment amount for your personal records once this transaction is complete.
Using Your Computer
5. Go to boostmobile.com and log in to "My Account."
6. Click on the "Add Money" or "Re-Boost" tab at the top of the web page to make a one-time payment. You can save your credit/debit card information here for future payments.
7. Click on the link at the bottom of the next page to set up automatic payments.
8. Fill out the requested billing/payment information and submit this online form.
9. Document/print the confirmation number, the current date and payment amount for your personal records once this transaction is complete.
Using Auto Re-Boost
10. Go to boostmobile.com and log in to "My Account."
11. Click on the "Re-Boost" or "Add Funds" tab at the top of the page.
12. Click on the link at the bottom of the next page to set up automatic payments.
13. Fill out the requested billing/payment information, then accept the terms and conditions if you agree with them and submit this online form.
14. Document/print the confirmation number, the current date and amount of payment for your personal records.
At a Boost Retailer
15. Return to the store where your Boost phone was purchased.
16. Give the cashier your Boost Mobile phone number.
17.Tell the cashier the amount you wish to pay.
18. Pay the desired amount using cash, your credit/debit card or a rechargeable Re-Boost Card.
19. Collect your receipt and verify that the phone number and payment amounts on it are correct before leaving the store.
