The default themes and settings on your Nokia N72 phone tend to get boring over time. To give a new, personalized look to your phone, you should considering setting up a new theme. A number of online resources let users do this quickly and easily.
Instructions
1. Go to an online theme creating website, such as Zedge, Own Skin or Astod.
2. Click "Create a Theme" or "Make a Theme" on the website.
3. Choose Nokia N72 from the list of cell phones.
4. Click "Browse" and select a picture for the background of the theme.
5. Add other items, such as icons, text and panels, to your theme.
6. Click "Download to PC" to save the theme on the computer. Connect your Nokia N72 device via its USB cable to the computer.
7. Install Nokia PC Suite on your computer. This is the default desktop managing client for Nokia phones. You will find this software in the CD that came in the N72 phone box.
8. Double click the theme file you saved on your computer. Nokia PC Suite will request permission to install the theme on your N72 device. Accept the request and wait for the theme to be installed.
9. Unplug the USB data cable and go to the "Themes" application from the N72's menu. Select the newly created theme and apply it on your phone from the "Options" menu.
