Troubleshoot The Samsung Cell Phone R355c Photo Text Problems

3. Ensure data is enabled and not in airplane mode. Click "Menu" from the phone's home screen, and then click "Settings." Click "Phone Settings," and then click "Airplane Mode." Click "Off" if the feature is enabled and resend your picture.


4. Update your phone's software and perform a soft reset. Click "Menu" on your phone from the home screen," and then click "Settings." Click "Phone Info," and click "Version." Click "Update" and wait for the process to complete. Slide the phone's battery cover off and remove the battery. Replace the battery and cover after one minute.
