Skyfire is currently the only Windows Mobile and Symbian mobile browser to offer full Flash support and Windows Media videos directly from the browser window. Skyfire also renders pages quickly, offers excellent social networking support and RSS feeds. It's also a free application that can be downloaded directly to your T-Mobile Dash.
Instructions
Put Skyfire on the T-Mobile Dash
1. Visit the offical Skyfire download page. See the "additional resources" section at the bottom of this page
2. Browse to the first option, which involves visiting the mobile version of the Skyfire Web site, also included in the "additional resources" section. From the mobile site, choose the "Windows Mobile 5 and 6" download link and click on "Download." This will send the file directly to your device where you can click on the file and it will install automatically.
3. You can also visit the official download page and use option 2. Enter your mobile phone number and a link will be sent via SMS to your phone. Click on the link you receive via the text message and Skyfire will install on your device for you. The picture to the left shows this option.
4. Choose the step 3 option to download the program to your PC and then move it over to your device. Choose the "non-touchscreen" option and click on "download." You will then be asked where you want to save the Skyfire-SMP.cab file to. Select the desktop for easy access. Connect your Windows Mobile device to your computer, go to "My Computer" and open your Mobile device folder. Drag the file into your mobile device and then disconnect your device. From Windows Mobile, go to "Start" and then "File Explorer." Since you dragged the file into the main folder, you should see it right away. Click on the file, and the installation will complete by itself.
