Open A Motorola Verizon Cell Phone For Battery

Quickly remove your Motorola cell phone's battery door to locate the battery.


All Verizon Wireless cell phones, including those manufactured by Motorola, are powered by an internal battery. Over time, it may become necessary to locate the battery on your Verizon Wireless Motorola phone, such as when you need a replacement battery. In order to do so, you must remove the phone's battery door. Many Motorola's phones, including the RAZR and KRZR, share a similar design and this process requires little technical skill.


Instructions


1. Locate the battery door on your Motorola cell phone. Generally, this cover is on the rear of the device.


2. Press down firmly on the button at the top of the Motorola phone's battery door. Keep holding down on the button and slide the cover upwards. This will unlock the battery door.


3. Pull the Motorola phone's battery door toward you and remove it from the phone. Place this cover in a safe place. You now have access to your Verizon Wireless Motorola cell phone's battery.
