Listen to the E71's Internet radio without the use of an earpiece.
The Nokia E71 smart phone is more than just a cellular telephone--the phone can also access Internet radio stations and play podcasts. With its Bluetooth interface, you can listen to the radio broadcasts using an earpiece. You can even listen to Internet radio stations through the E71's built-in loudspeaker. This allows you to share a radio program with others by accessing and setting the loudspeaker's controls through the phone's Options menu.
Instructions
1. Select "Menu" from E71's home screen.
2. Select "Media," and then "Radio."
3. Select a radio station you want to hear. Select "Listen" to start the station.
4. Select "Options" followed by "Activate loudspeaker" to turn on the loudspeaker.
5. Use the volume keys on the side of the phone to adjust the volume of the loudspeaker.
6. Select "Options," and then "Play in background" to return to the phone's home screen.
