Clearing the memory on your cell phone will restore the phone to its factory default settings. Instructions
1. Press the "Menu" button and select "Settings" or "Settings and Tools." Click the "OK" button.
2. Select "Phone Settings" or "General Settings" followed by "Security." Click the "OK" button.
3. Enter the password for your device. If you do not have one set up, enter the default code and click "OK."
4. Select "Reset Default" or "Wipe Handheld." If prompted, enter the security code.
5. Press the "OK" button to confirm that you want to clear the memory on your device. Wait for the phone to restart.
