Record Your Phone Conversations

Record Your Phone Conversations

Recording a phone call is useful for anyone who needs to record a conference call , legal binding conversation, etc. In this article I will include record your home phone conversations and cell phone conversations. Follow the simple steps below to get started.

Instructions

1. 1. Step 1

Phone Call Recording Devices

The best and most inexpensive way to record your home phone calls is with the use of a phone call recording device. Such a device requires little set up and will automatically start recording as soon as you pick up your phone. These phone call recording devices can be found at just about all of your local home electronic stores and will generally cost $20-$50.

2. Recording calls with your Computer

There are online services that allow you to dial a 1-800 number prior to making your call that will record your conversation and log it on to a website where you can later listen to it. I have listed a few such websites in my resources section below.

3. Built in Cell Phone Recorders

Most cell phones these days are manufactured with a built in phone call recorder. Browse through your cell phone's option menu to see if your cell has this feature. Refer to your user manual for more details.
