Verizon Jawbone Instructions

Setting up a Jawbone to work with your Verizon cell phone is an easy task.

A Jawbone headset is the only Bluetooth headset that has a Voice Activity Sensor that can distinguish the difference between your voice and background noises. This feature helps to eliminate background noises during a phone conversation, providing you with clear audio. Pairing a Jawbone Bluetooth headset with a Verizon cellular phone is an easy task that almost anyone can do. All Bluetooth headsets can be set up with a cell phone in the same way.

Instructions

1. Turn on your cell phone. Click on the "Settings" menu on your cell phone and then choose "Bluetooth."

2. Click on the "Find a new Device" option.

3. Turn on the Jawbone headset by pressing down the "NoiseAssasin" button. Hold down the button for approximately two seconds. The Jawbone headset will blink red and white, which means that it is in pairing mode with your Verizon cell phone.

4. Type in the code "0000" on your cell phone when prompted to enter a key code to pair the devices. Some cell phones will not ask for a key code. If your phone doesn't, you can skip this step. Your Verizon cell phone is now paired with the Jawbone headset and you can begin using the device.

5. Press the "Power" button on the Jawbone and place it on your ear. You can dial a number on your cell phone and now make handsfree calls.
