1. View the demo program on the Microsoft Works 9.0 website (see References). The demo program gives a guided tour of the software and allows you to choose different options for a full explanation of how they work and tips for users.


2. Sign up for the Microsoft Works 9.0 Newsletter. The newsletter is published by Microsoft and includes tips for beginners and advanced users of Microsoft Works.


3. Read "No Stress Tech Guide to Microsoft 9" (see References) for a full tutorial of the program and a step-by-step guide to all aspects of the program for beginner and intermediate users. This book also includes exercises to help familiarize you with the program.
