Add time to your TracFone from your phone, online or over the phone.
When enjoying conversations with your friends, family and business colleagues on your TracFone, the last thing on your mind is how many TracFone Airtime minutes you have left on your account to talk.
Unfortunately, if you don't have any more minutes available on your TracFone, you can no longer enjoy those conversations until you add more time. Adding more minutes to your TracFone is simple, and there are three ways convenient ways to do so.
Instructions
On your TracFone
1. Turn on your TracFone by pressing the "PWR/END" key.
2. Navigate to the "Prepaid" menu from the main screen.
3. Select "Add Airtime".
4. Enter your Airtime PIN code.
TracFone Website
5. Open you Web browser and visit the official Tracfone website.
6. Navigate to the "Add Airtime Online" section of the website.
7. Enter your Airtime PIN code. This number can be found on the back of your card.
8. Enter the TracFone phone number to which you wish to add Airtime minutes and press "Submit."
9. Complete the checkout information and click on "Submit."
10. Review your transaction summary. You may want to save this page to your computer for later reference.
TracFone Customer Service
11. Call the TracFone customer service number using a landline phone.
12. Provide your PIN code to the customer service representative so he can add the additional minutes.
13. Wait a few minutes for the additional minutes to be applied.
