Call An Ipod On Tango

Tango automatically scans your contacts app or address book for other Tango users.

Tango is a video calling service for the iPod touch, iPhone and other smartphones, computers and tablet devices. Use it to make free device-to-device video calls over the Internet, by selecting other Tango users from your device's list of contacts. Calling an iPod touch on Tango is no different from calling any other Tango-equipped device, with the only requirement being that the recipient has the app installed and their details are in your device's address book.

Instructions

1. Launch the address book or contacts application on your Tango-equipped device, and ensure the iPod touch owner that you are calling is present as a contact. Tap the button to add a new contact if he isn't, and enter his name and email address. Consult your device's instructions for details on add a new contact to the address book.

2. Launch Tango on your device, and tap the "Contacts" button in the menu at the bottom of the screen. A current list of people in your device's address book who are also using Tango will automatically be displayed.

3. Tap the entry for the iPod touch owner that you want to call, and Tango will attempt to connect with the device. Tapping the "Video" button will activate a video call once you have connected.
