Program Voice Dialing On A Nokia 6058 Cell Phone

The voice dialing feature on the Nokia 6058 is known as voice commands. Voice commands allow you to make phone calls by speaking a command into your phone. This feature accesses pre-programmed names and numbers and dials them based on voice recognition. Voice commands are language-dependent and can only work when the selected voice command language and the user's spoken language are the same.

Instructions

1. Press the "Menu" button on your phone's keypad.

2. Select "Settings."

3. Click "My shortcuts."

4. Select "Voice commands."

5. Scroll to the function you would like to activate voice commands for and select "Add." A short tone will play and the words "Speak Now." appear on the phone's screen. When done recording, play the voice command by selecting the "Playback" button to confirm that you're satisfied with the quality.

6. Press the "End/Cancel" button to exit the voice command menu. All activated commands will be ready for use. Press the right selection key located at the top of your dial pad while the phone is in standby mode to initiate voice dialing. Press and hold the down volume key when the phone is not in standby to activate voice dialing.
