Pairing Instructions for the Bluetooth H500
The Motorola Bluetooth H500 headset can be paired with any Bluetooth-capable cell phone. After fully charging your H500 for the first time, you can pair it immediately. After pairing the phone and the Bluetooth headset, they will always recognize each other when Bluetooth is enabled from that point on.
Instructions
1. Open the Bluetooth settings on your cell phone.
2. Turn Bluetooth on and set it to pairing or discovery mode. This allows the phone to search for in range Bluetooth devices.
3. Press and hold the "Call" button on the outside of the headset. This is the large button with the phone icon on it. Hold the button until the LED light comes on.
4. Wait for your phone to find the headset and choose it from the list of Bluetooth devices.
5. Enter the passkey for the headset when prompted. The passkey for the phone is "0000."
6. View the headset. The LED on the headset will flash if the pairing was successful.
