The Neon's SIM card slot is under the battery door.
The LG Neon GT365 is designed to operate on GSM wireless networks. To activate your Neon you'll need to install a compatible SIM card. The SIM card, short for Subscriber Identity Module, contains important information like your phone number and account details. You'll need to remove your LG Neon's battery to access the SIM card slot. Once it's properly inserted, your phone will automatically read the card and be ready for use.
Instructions
1. Press and hold the "Power" button for a few seconds to turn the phone off.
2. Press the battery cover release button on the back of the phone and remove the battery door.
3. Lift the battery out of the phone.
4. Hold the SIM card with the metal contacts facing down. Align the cut corner of the card with the cut corner of the SIM card slot. Slide the SIM card into the SIM card slot.
5. Replace the battery and battery cover.
