Connect A Bluetooth Headset Lg

A Bluetooth headset can let you talk on your phone hands-free.

A Bluetooth headset can connect to your mobile phone without using wires, and be used to talk hands-free with your phone in situations such as driving where you need to keep your hands available for other activities. LG makes a Bluetooth headset, which can be connected to any Bluetooth-capable phone fairly quickly in just a few steps.

Instructions

1. Power on the LG headset by pressing the button on the back of the headset down and waiting to see two quick flashes.

2. Go into the Settings menu of your mobile phone and select "Bluetooth" from the available options to enter your phone's Bluetooth menu.

3. Select "Add New Device" from the available options within the Bluetooth menu. Your phone will now search for all Bluetooth-enabled devices powered on near it.

4. Select your Bluetooth headset from the list of devices that appear. Your phone will list every Bluetooth-capable device powered on near it.

5. Enter in the pairing code for your LG headset into your mobile phone when prompted. The pairing code is a series of letters or numbers that is typically found on a sticker attached to the headset itself. If your headset does not have a pairing code attached to it, the default code for LG devices is 0000.

6. Confirm on your phone you want to connect your headset and phone together.

7. Start using your LG headset and mobile phone together. Your headset will be permanently connected to your phone with no need to repeat the pairing process in the future. You will be able to make and receive phone calls on the headset as long as it is powered on and near your phone.
