Install Pdanet On The Ipad

Jailbreaking your iPad is entirely legal but voids the device's warranty.

PdaNet is a tethering application for iOS devices, such as the iPhone and iPad. It essentially turns your device into a portable Wi-Fi router, allowing other devices to connect to it and wirelessly share its cellular Internet connection. PdaNet is only available for jailbroken devices, which have been unlocked from iTunes and can install third-party software from the Cydia app store. The app will only work on the 3G-equipped iPad model, allowing it to share its cellular Internet connection with Wi-Fi tethered devices.

Instructions

1. Tap the "Cydia" button on your iPad's Home screen to launch the Cydia application.

2. Tap the "Search" button and type "PdaNet" into the search box. A list of results is automatically compiled.

3. Tap the entry for the PdaNet app in the search results. Its full listing page is displayed.

4. Tap the "Install" button, followed by the "Confirm" button on the next page. The app is downloaded and installed on your iPad.

5. Tap the "Respring" button when prompted by Cydia, after the app's installation has completed. The iPad reboots to allow PdaNet to operate.
