1. Create an account online at your wireless provider's network.
2. Sign into your account and navigate to the "My Account" or "Manage" tab.
3. Select "Features" or "Plan and Services."
4. Click "Edit" or "Change Plan." Select the option to add a data plan to your account.
5. Click "Continue," and confirm your choice by clicking "Confirm" or "Submit."
6. Restart your phone to reset the network.
7. Navigate to the web browser on your Nokia phone and enter a website address into the address bar. Wait for the page to load.
By Phone
8. Contact your wireless provider's customer service department and inform the representative that you would like to add Internet service to your Nokia phone.
9. Verify your account by providing information such as an account number, name or the billing zip code.
10. Wait for the representative to add the services. This could take a few minutes. Restart your phone, if prompted by the representative.
11. Navigate to the web browser on your Nokia phone and enter a website address into the address bar. Wait for the page to load.
